Capital Business Solutions completed the sale of a well-established company primarily engaged in the sale of parts for drilling and service rigs. They had no family or management succession hence CBS was able to identify a strategic private buyer.

The sale was accomplished through a combination of equity, conventional financing and vendor financing.
