Sale of Independent Rental Business

Capital Business Solutions (CBS) was engaged by an independent rental business to sell the shares of their company as there was no family or management interest or capacity to buy the business.

Rental assets were $30 million, revenues were in the $14 million range which generated normalized EBITDA of $8.2 million.

CBS was success in obtaining an offer to purchase for $44 million from a Private Equity Group.
